She is Honorary President of the Royal Miniature Society, Past President of the Society of Women Artists, Patron of the Society of Limners and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Inspired from a child by the great masters, she has developed a consummate skill in portraiture over a period of 40 years.
She turned to miniatures in the 1980s and for the past twenty years has created miniature works described as strong, delicate or jewel-like. She works in a range of scales from classic miniatures upwards.
